Returns & Exchanges

At Shopville, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
